How to Request Data Deletion

At Vibe, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time by following the steps below.

Steps to Delete Your Data

  1. Open the Vibe app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings (tap your profile icon, then the gear icon).
  3. Tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm your request. Your account and data will be scheduled for deletion.

Please include the email address or phone number associated with your Vibe account so we can verify your identity and process your request.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request data deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, photo, bio)
  • Your chat and message history
  • Your streaming history
  • Your transaction and coin balance records
  • Your authentication credentials

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Financial transaction records — retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Abuse reports and moderation records — retained to maintain platform safety

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
